ABOUT WCA:
Waterford Christian Academy is a non-denominational Christian school located in Oakland County at 220 N. Cass Lake Road in Waterford, Michigan and is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
The student population represents more than ten communities and a variety of ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds. The faculty membership affords a 14:1 teacher/student ratio with a maximum class size not to exceed 22 students.
Waterford Christian Academy is a coeducational day school for children K4 through Eighth grade. Parents, Faith Church of Waterford and interested friends are the supporters. Individual gifts and tuition provide the funds for the day-to-day operation and capital improvements. The school is governed by the Administration, with input from an Advisory Board of Education. The Administration sets the fundamental policies of the school and hires the staff to implement them. The Advisory Board consists of five members nominated by Faith and two members at large who are elected each year by the Waterford Christian Academy Parent Association at their annual meeting held each fall.
